	York Administrator Emma provides administrative support to the York spoke. Her role includes arranging advice meetings, maintaining database records and organising workshops and events.

	Sheffield Business Coordinator Kate is the Business Coordinator for RDS Yorkshire and Humber and is based in Sheffield. She supports the RDS Director and management team in managing the service, dealing with planning, resource management and activity data monitoring for reports to NIHR. Kate also manages the RDS YH website and social media accounts, and provides support to the Public Health Research Applications and Design Advice service.

	Sheffield Administrative Officer Emma provides administrative support to the Business Coordinator and Sheffield spoke, as well as being the main point of call for researchers contacting the service. She also supports Public Involvement work across the region.

	Sheffield Personal Assistant/Administrative Officer Su is Personal Assistant to RDS YH Director, Wendy Baird, and provides support to the regional admin team.

	Leeds Administrator Emma is the Site Co-Ordinator for the RDS YH Leeds Site. Her role involves being the first point of contact for researchers wishing to access RDS services and support. She arranges meetings, supports the triaging process and manages and maintains up to date records of the metrics and data for Leeds’ activity. She also arranges and attends team meetings, as well as attending wider regional staff events. Emma supports the preparation and delivery of grant and fellowship workshops and training courses. She also provides administrative support to PPIE work, namely the forum group meetings and assisting with the review and outcome process for the RDS YH funding awards.
